Dough Better started as a personal experiment. I’ve always loved baking, but over time I became more aware of how traditional desserts made me feel. Sugar crashes, inflammation, and the sense that indulgence had to come with a trade-off.
I began experimenting in my own kitchen, asking a simple question: What if a donut could be made with ingredients that actually support your body? Sweet potato quickly became the foundation. It’s naturally nutrient-dense, satisfying, and incredibly versatile. From there, the recipes evolved into something I genuinely wanted to eat and share.
